1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp, finely powdered oats & 1-2 drops lemon essential oil

Add essential oil to the mixture & apply on damp skin & massage for 1 minute

2. Aloe–Rosewater Skin Quencher (Dehydrated & Dull Skin)

2 tbsp aloe gel, 1 tbsp rosewater

Blend and use as a daily skin mist

3. Mulethi–Yogurt De-Tan Pack (Sun-Damaged Skin)

1 tbsp Mulethi powder, 2 tbsp yogurt

Mix with water, apply for 10 minutes and rinse

4. Hot Oil Therapy with Olive & Castor Oil (Dry, Slow-Growing Hair)

2 parts olive oil, 1 part castor oil
