Kantakari : Useful in chronic respiratory Infection, antipyretic and improves immunity.
Draksha :Effective in respiratory problems and is good anti-pyretic agent.
Devdaru : Useful in productive cough , asthma and rhinorrhea.
Raktachandan : Effective in fever, cough and cold.
Yastimadhu : Acts as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-pyretic.
Aswagandha : Enhances immunity.
Pepper Oil :Relieves sinusitis and nasal congestion, acts as an expectorant, soothes throat irritation. Has antibacterial property.
Thyme Oil : Very effective in bronchitis , whooping cough, laryngitis, tonsillitis due to its antibacterial and antifungal properties. It also increases immunity.
Eucalyptus Oil : Acts as a cough suppressant, dilutes mucus thereby clears airways.
Peppermint Oil : Acts as expectorant and decongestant. Has a very good spasmolytic effect. Reduces headache.
Pregnancy, lactation, diabetes, epilepsy, neonates and infants below 5 yrs of age.
Usage : Use 8-10 drops of oil on a clean handkerchief or tissue paper.
Sit upright (keep spinal chord straight) or lying on bed straight (without pillow) or while standing or walking, inhale the oil deeply from nose and exhale through mouth.
For a period of 8-10 minutes the oil should be inhaled and exhaled once in the morning and again before going to bed at night.
Persons having dust allergy can carry the used handkerchief / tissue paper of the morning while on road. If sneezing tendency is experienced the handkerchief / tissue paper of the morning can be used for inhalation.
