How to use:

  • On a clean handkerchief or tissue paper use 8-10 drops of oil.
  • Sit upright (keep the spiral chord straight) or lie in bed straight (without pillow) or in a standing position or while walking take on deep breath of the oil from nose and breath out from mouth.
  • For 8-10 minutes inhale the oil and exhale once in the morning and again before going to bed at night as per the procedure mentioned above. 
  • On recurrence of tension and stress any time during the day the oil can be used in the similar way by using 8-10 drops on clean handkerchief or tissue paper and inhale deeply from nose and release from mouth keeping the spinal cord straight.
